Billing/Insurance Policy

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, United Health, Aetna, and others.

• For Insured patients, Co-payments and possibly deductibles are expected at the time of service.
• If you do not have insurance, you should come prepared to pay for your visit whether you are a new or established patient. Please call our office to inquire about the exact amount you should expect to pay.
• You are responsible for any outstanding balance that is not paid by your insurance.
• Our payment specialist are available to work with you should you need and qualify for a payment plan.
